What's to say, really? Congress spent a good portion of last week getting outraged over and passing legislation blocking four-year-old regulations (passed by the Bush administration) that light bulbs should be made more energy efficient. This was vitally more important than voting to raise the debt ceiling so that millions of people wouldn't start starving to death.
